When I called them, they told me what documents I need to prepare and booked an appointment. Met with Carlos. He was very knowledgeable and explained to me how it all works. He told me that he can represent me in court without me being present, which I was not aware of before. They reduced the Reckless Driving to a speeding ticket. Very competent and experienced people.
