McPartlin, 45 and obtained two charges of object sexual penetration. McPartlin had been a deputy in the Fairfax County Sheriff\u2019s department for 21 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">The victim was being transported to the Loudoun County jail by Deputy McPartlin in a parking lot near Jermantown Road in the Fairfax County sheriff\u2019s vehicle .&nbsp; The woman reported the assault when she arrived at the Leesburg Adult Detention Center Monday, March 16, 2020.&nbsp; Loudoun sheriff\u2019s deputies began an investigation, then referred the case to Fairfax County police, who determined that an assault occurred in Fairfax City, according to Sgt. Matthew Lasowitz, Fairfax City police officer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">He was ordered held without bond.
