Last year in the Fairfax County General District Court nearly 6,000 people were charged with Reckless Driving by Speed under Virginia Code Section 46.2-862.&nbsp; The numbers of people charged with Reckless Driving in Prince William County, Loudoun County, and Arlington are also very high.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">The&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.novaattorneys.com\/reckless-driving-by-speed-in-fairfax-and-northern-virginia\">consequences for a Reckless Driving<\/a>&nbsp;conviction can be serious, even for a speed as low as&nbsp;<strong>88&nbsp;in a 55<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>THE CASE RESULTS LISTED BELOW DEPEND UPON A VARIETY OF FACTORS UNIQUE TO EACH CASE.&nbsp;
